A high quality detergent for use in high or low temperature dishmachines. Heavily fortified with alkaline builders, soil emulsifiers, water conditioning and anti-redeposition agents plus special destaining ingredients for unsurpassed results on glassware, silverware, coffee cups, etc. Ideal for use in medium soft water accounts. Not recommended for use on aluminum cookware and other surfaces made of non-ferrous metal.
